Halsell Tax Services
Here are highlights of more extensive custom development we've created for clients. No project is too big or too small. Indigo Dynamic treats every client as a partner, ensuring the most complete customization of our products to fit their needs. We have a wide breath of knowledge in may sectors of the industry, thus allowing our design team to bring a wealth of unique strategies to your particular business.

Miles4Sale
The entrepreneurs behind Miles4Sale wanted to create a service giving customers the power to purchase airlines miles for themselves, or give them as gifts for others. IDN worked directly with the largest airlines in the US to design a system which could interact with airline customer databases and loyalty programs. The service was expanded to allow companies to give their miles as rewards to their customers and employees, and also to allow gifting airlines miles through event registries such as weddings. The transaction system created by IDN worked flawlessly, generating over $1M in revenue the first year alone.

BounceU
Budding franchise BounceU had their sights on the future: They wanted to equip each of their locations with the industry's first integrated and web-based point-of-sale system and event scheduler.
IDN crafted a class-leading architecture based on our robust Promerion Engine, currently in use at all BounceU locations to great success. The POS in-the-cloud approach allows each franchisee to use the system via their POS terminal or any remote device on the internet, without worrying about the security of their data.

Sears
Sears needed a simpler way to distribute sales and marketing collateral to its independent dealers, yet still control its trademarks and branding. IDN designed an interactive brochure-building service that gave dealers the flexibility to choose from pre-approved designs or create their own. Individual products could be chosen from the Sears product database, and the product photos and specifications automatically applied to the chosen layouts, along with the dealer's store information. The implementation of the service increased dealer satisfaction and allowed dealers to respond to market needs quickly and increasing sales.

Woww
The doctors behind Woww envisioned a web portal similar to WebMD, but catering to holistic and alternative medicines. To make their company a success, they required software to manage a database of patients, doctors, medical conditions, alternative treatments, and more. The site needed to be fast, flexible, and most of all, secure. IDN's solution not only met these needs, but also added patient appointment scheduling and time management features.

Roscoe Antiques
Roscoe Antiques came to IDN seeking help bringing the management of their large antique mall locations into the modern age. IDN designed custom business management software that allowed each antiques dealer to control the inventory, photos, and video of their showcase or booth in the physical stores. In addition, the antique mall management system allowed the business owners to schedule events and broadcast communications to their customers.

El Latino Net
As the Latino population in America soars, there is a huge opportunity for companies able to target their products and services to meet the needs of the Spanish population. El Latino Net sought to be the ISP of choice for the Spanish-speaking community in Chicago. IDN created custom software to manage ELN's customer database, provision internet and email accounts, handle billing, and track work orders.
